Everyone at Jaarbeurs is dedicated to making your meeting a success. Our MeetUp centre is within walking distance of Utrecht Central Station and can be found in the Beatrix Building on the first to the fourth floor. We have 30 different meeting rooms with daylight and climate control in all areas, suitable for 2 to 240 participants.

The cost of a meeting room depends on your requirements. It’s easy to combine the MeetUp rooms with the Beatrix Theatre spaces in the same building, offering an ideal solution for conferences with large plenary sessions and multiple breakouts.
